My love of puppetry started with the hand-crafted marionettes made by my grandfather…
… and over the years I’ve done Punch and Judy shows and shadow-puppet plays. My most ambitious production so far was “Tobit”. An hour-long telling of an ancient Jewish legend about an old man who is punished for his piety and his young son who must make a dangerous journey to rescue a young woman from a demon. Tobit was produced at the First Presbyterian Church of Napa. My chief collaborator was the amazing Maria Cartwright. Everyone involved gave their all and it was a great show.
